A receipt carrying the foundation’s details is issued for every gift, and the receipt number is shown on screen the moment your gift is recorded.
Donations to eligible institutions may qualify for deduction under Section 80G; a receipt with the foundation’s details is issued for every gift. Name, PAN and address may be required where applicable.

Ask us anythingA one-time gift is recorded once, on the day you give it. A monthly gift is recorded as a recurring commitment, which is what lets us book a tutor, pay for lab hours or order kits for a whole term rather than a week at a time. You can switch between the two whenever you like.
Yes. Pick one of our three programmes, or an open campaign, in the gift step above. Your gift is then held in that programme’s restricted fund and can only be spent on it. Choose “Where needed most” and it goes to the General Fund, which is what lets us move quickly when one programme runs short.
At any time, with no notice period and no questions. Reply to the email your receipt came from and we stop the next instalment. Nothing you have already given is affected, and we will not ask you to reconsider more than once.
Yes — a receipt with the foundation’s details is issued for every gift, and its number appears on screen as soon as the gift is recorded. Donations to eligible institutions may qualify for deduction under Section 80G; add your PAN if you would like the receipt to carry it. Name, PAN and address may be required where applicable.
There is no payment information. This is a demonstration site for a fictional organisation: nothing is charged, and no card, UPI or bank details are collected anywhere on it. The payment step is labelled as simulated. What is recorded is the gift itself — supporter, amount, fund and campaign — in the Salesforce org behind the demo.
Each programme publishes what it hit and missed against its quarterly targets, and each fund publishes what it has raised, spent and has left. Both are on this site, not in a brochure. Tick the updates box when you give and we write to you about the programme you chose.
Yes, and several of our largest gifts come from companies and trusts. Institutional gifts are recorded against the organisation rather than an individual, so the receipt and the reporting go to the right place. Use the contact form on our About page and the partnerships team will set it up.
Yes. Give as you normally would, then tell us the name in your reply to the receipt email — the gift stays in your name for the receipt and we note the dedication on the record. If you would rather not appear in any supporter list at all, choose “Anonymous” under recognition.
